1. Overview

At Vinyl + Floss, every item is lovingly handmade and often one-of-a-kind.
We want you to be completely happy with your order, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.


2. Returns

You may request a return or refund within 21 days of purchase if your item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Because each Vinyl + Floss item is handmade and unique, replacements or remakes may differ slightly from the original design in colour, pattern, or finish.
These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange it for the same item (or a similar design), please email jen@vinyl-floss.co.za to discuss options.


5. Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please contact us first for instructions.
We primarily use The Courier Guy and the PUDO locker system for deliveries and returns.
You’ll be responsible for your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
