📦 Processing Times

  • Ready-made items ship within 2–3 working days.

  • Custom orders will have lead and shipping times discussed directly with you once your design is confirmed.

We ship using The Courier Guy, with a strong focus on the PUDO locker system for fast, affordable, and convenient delivery.

đź“Ť PUDO Locker Shipping

To ensure your parcel arrives at the right locker:

  • Please add your preferred PUDO locker name and location in the order notes at checkout. Please ensure you leave the correct contact details so that the locker PIN can be sent to you. 

  • If no locker is provided, we’ll contact you to confirm the closest suitable locker before dispatching your order.

🧵 One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Every item is handmade and unique.
If an item is recreated, slight variations may occur due to the nature of handcrafted work—no two pieces are identical, which makes each one special.

⏱ Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier timelines.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

đź“® Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delays or complications fall outside our control.
However, we’ll always assist where possible to help resolve any issues.
