We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur in colour or design due to display differences or production variations.
Each Vinyl + Floss piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Only one of each item is created unless otherwise stated.
If a repeat or remake of an item is requested, variations in colour, design, or finish may occur.
This is part of the handmade nature of our products and adds to their individuality.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through YOCO or other approved payment partners.
Your payment information is not stored by us and is handled securely by our payment provider.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary based on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
Vinyl + Floss is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processes.
6. Returns and Refunds

In short, items may be returned within 21 days of purchase if they meet our return conditions.
